We opened our hair transplant clinic in Bogotá to restore what men had lost. What we didn't expect was how often the conversation turned to keeping what they still had.

Most doctors are taught to put patients on finasteride or dutasteride to stop further loss. But like me, most of our clients refused. They weren't willing to trade their hormones and their drive for a hairline.

So we went looking for a better way. We chose a laser hat built entirely from laser diodes, no LEDs, and FDA cleared. Then we partnered with a peptide specialist and a physician [Dr. Name, if they agree to be named] to formulate a nightly scalp treatment to pair with it.
